understands the needs of customers and how to satisfy them with her
F&B team.
Jean Cranney is a junior hospitality management consultant with plenty
of potential and helpful skills. From a MBA in Hospitality and Luxury
Management, he discovered many aspects of hotel management, from
concierge, to restaurant and hiring talents.
Dany Panero, General Manager at HSF espace
formation, French Polynesia, is a very famous for his
knowledge of tourism destination management. She
assumed for many years in a very hard environment the
international development of Tahiti and her Islands. Dany is very
enthusiastic.
Ghassan Khater is a Hospitality consultant with a background in
operations, education and investment. He has this charisma and wisdom

and IEMI-CMH academy, Ghassan was a professor and academic

Simon Martin, is Programs Regional Manager at IECD with a lot of

Since his Master graduation, Robbie is always on stage with customer
focus as well as team management. As a director of front office, rooms
operations and now a general manager, he reaches his goals. Robbie
works several years at Omni Hotels & Resorts. He is always
friendly and motivated, dedicated to his job but knows to host
people in private sphere.
Laure Piguet is defining herself as seasoned Human Resources
Professional. Holding a Master’s Degree in International
Management of Human Resources and in Hospitality Management,
Laure worked for Crowne Plaza, Intercontinental Resort & Spa as
well as McDonald in New Zealand. This is true, Laure
explored many aspects of HR among industries across
countries. She is very efficient and, a good attribute for HR,
keeps a stiff upper lip, a firm and determined attitude.
Romain Saada is Director of Revenue Management, Outrigger Hotels
& Resorts, Thailand. Always dedicated to hotel distribution and revenue
management, Romain took the control of his professional career like an
entrepreneur. Since his Master graduation at La Rochelle University, his
certification from Cornell University, He worked for Accor, USA,
Shangri La Hotels and Emaar Hospitality in Dubai, Sun Resorts
Hotels in Mauritus. Romain has special skills for relating people
together and is aware of the tricks and trends in hotel distribution.
Ludivine Schock is coordinating the recruitment at Ritz Paris for the
reopening of the hotel. She holds a Master degree in hospitality mana-
gement and gets specialized in human resources management. After a
long stay in Thailand, she is now well integrated with in the network of
palaces in Paris. Ludivine’s empathy is always a breath of fresh
air, her advices always appreciated by managers and students
alike.
Céline Vadam is a very motivated International Hotel and Tourism
professional. She had work for Horwath HTL and now for STR Global as a
consultant. Creative, hard worker with an international background, Céline
is teaching Sustainable Hospitality in particular, for MBA
students.
Zineb Mansour is proficient in many languages as
well as online marketing! She worked for Yahoo!,
expressing her talents in Middle East. She is now involved in Tech
Companies, like Task Spotting in Dubai (taskspotting.com)
which does crowd sourcing & online word of mouth.
