This document summarizes the efforts to increase the quality and diversification of fish products produced by the women's group 'Pawon Gendis' in Banjarharjo Village, Kulon Progo, Indonesia. The group analyzed their natural resources, market potential, community needs, skills, and social networks. They identified strengths in local foods and social participation but weaknesses in skills and facilities. With guidance from universities and local government, the group received training, built a production facility, and established partnerships to produce and market local food products. This helped generate income while supporting food sovereignty in their community.
