Mr. Natubhai Vaghela has worked at VVG Hostel for 7 years. He believes work should be enjoyable and one should help others complete their work. He thinks challenges are opportunities to develop solutions and problems mean you're on the wrong path. He respects seniors but thinks juniors should develop new strengths. 4. Who is a contributor…????
• A person who contributes or gives
something to others or society for
bringing change without thinking of his
welfare is known as a contributor.
• A contributor should have ability to
develop his personality.

5. Work for him :
• Mr.Vaghela thinks that work should never
been taken as the task of completion but it
should be completed with enjoyment and
should be completed with interest.
• We should not just think that after finishing
our work our duties are finished but we
should also help others if they are left out
with their work.

6. CHALLENGES :
• If we face any problem we should take
that problem as a challenge & try to find
a solution to it instead of running from it
• He believes that If you don’t face any
problem in life then you travelling on a
wrong path………

7. Thinking towards juniors & seniors
• He thinks that even his juniors should also
develop the new capabilities and strengths
which he is developing from his seniors.
• He believes that seniors are to respected and
their tasks should be taken as an order.
Sometimes if they disagree with the seniors
they should be convinced.

rewards :
• He believes that one should never
neglect any of the opportunity he gets
due to any important reason and the
product of his hard work.
• If one gets internal satisfaction due to
his work he will be surely rewarded by

vision :
• He believes in education and that too
specially of a girl child so educating a
girl is his short term vision.
• He thinks that not only men should
have all the achievements but women
should also be made capable enough
and making them capable is his long term
vision.

10. Message to youths :
• He thinks that generally youths tries to
change themselves for others so his
message is that one should never try to
change for others. Be what you are and
let people accept you the way you are.

11. Coclusion:-
• Apart Form having a job in his hand, he
spent his work for this trust which runs a
hostel and gives free service to students
and also helps students financially.
