work hard on it.
 Whenever he feels that his juniors are ignoring
him and not working accordingly, he makes
them work properly by explaining them the
importance of their work to them and making
them feel their importance.
 Whenever he feels ignored by his seniors he
does nothing but represents his point of view
on that particular matter and if they like that
then he works on it.
 Whenever it is a matter of helping someone he
never falls behind.
 He is always ready to help anyone who is need.
 His contribution towards society is also
noteworthy. He goes to old age home many
times to educate them and even at many places
he takes many expert lectures.
 Thus from above points we conclude that the

nature respect towards others and he is always
ready to help others.
