Helpful things to remember
The stuff that will get you
through your day
Imagine
• Something as simple as a brushing your
teeth can change the way you feel and talk
to a people?
• It is true. Brushing your teeth regularly
makes your teeth smooth. This in turn
keeps the friction down between your lips
and teeth which helps you speak better.
Imagine
• After meals, after your coffee
break, or if you just feel sticky
then you can brush away and
feel better when you talk.
• That and the person sitting next
to you will really appreciate it
to.
Posture
• The way you sit and stand can
affect the way you feel.
• Standing up strait and even sitting
properly can help you do your job.
Slouching
• Slouching in your chair doesn’t help your
back. Makes you feel sluggish and sleepy
and makes you look lazy.
You don’t need to sit up strait all
the time. But just to help you
sound professional and to keep you
awake while on a call it does help
to sit properly.
Stretching
• May sound weird or unusual but when
you feel sleepy or bored then stand up if
you don’t have a call and stretch.
• Try these stretching techniques.
For the smokers
• Ok, your in the office, you cant go out for
a smoke and it is not allowed in the
building. What do you do?
• Candy?
– What if you have a call?
– What if there is no candy available?
– What if you have a really annoying
debtor and you really want to smoke.
What do you do?
For the smokers
• Many centers don’t allow smoking on the
production floor.
• Some centers also don’t allow candy when
your taking a call because it may slur your
voice and make it hard to understand you.
So what can you do?
• Just wait and smile till your next break.
Sorry, but there is just no other alternative.
