8 Ways to “Refresh” Yourself 
• Have you ever felt 
tired, depressed and 
want nothing to do? 
Have time to press F5 for yourself!
A Glass of Water 
• Lack of water will make you tired; blithering, impact 
to your healthy. Thereby, before you begin to solve a 
problem or need to focus your work, you should 
drink a glass of water (unless you are taken ill). 
 Beside, it’s good for 
your health if you drink 
enough water everyday.
15 Minutes Sedentarily 
• The “out flow” thinking will make you 
feel heavier when you start working. 
So spend 15 minutes trying not to 
think your mind and let it empty. This 
is quite difficult but you try to 
maintain it, pull your thought flows 
come peace. 
Concentration and sedateness will help you more 
clear and confident to face up the problems that 
need to be solved.
Dismiss any Worries 
• You can not focus on your work when your troubles 
disturb. Look for a box (cookie box, tissue box, …), write 
down a paper things that you are being worries and 
then put in the box. 
 When you are worried by them, glance at 
the box and tell yourself: the worry that has 
been locked in the box and can not be 
bothered me.
Record the Success 
• Recording the results, dreams that you have 
achieved during the past. You should know 
that the success is often easily forgotten 
than failure. So the success you achieve will 
be a source of motivation and inspiration to 
help you work, and also a solution for the 
difficulties you face.
5 Minutes to Relax 
• No one can withstand the pressure and focus throughout 
a long period. Sometimes you feel so tired and apparently 
you can not do anything anymore. Never let yourself fall 
into a “string” situation like that. 
 Please spend 5 minutes to relax after 
two hours working. You can relax 
with a favorite music, a video clip 
or some gentle exercise movements 
simple.
Come to Nature 
• In addition to creating a healthy 
atmosphere, greenery in the work 
office very well for your mind 
relaxed. Think about what the 
scene beside the window make you 
more comfortable: a concrete 
parking lot or a greensward with 
several small flowers?

you sit on your desk. Eliminate what is not used, change position of 
objects, reset the desktop wallpaper, hang funny things to wall or screen.
