Take your lunch break away from your desk to go for a walk, run, exercise, or spend time with friends. Create a to-do list to feel a sense of accomplishment from completing tasks and to better manage your workload. Take short breaks from work to walk around, play ping pong, or chat with coworkers to reduce stress. Listen to music at work which releases feel-good chemicals in the brain. Use your commute for winding down activities and try to exercise on the way home. Maintain a healthy work-life balance with after-work activities like exercise, cooking healthy meals, learning something new, and spending time with loved ones.
