Finnish Cleantech industry brings solutions for sustainable growth. Finland is one of the global fore-runners in many Cleantech sectors and has been ranked second in the Global Cleantech Innovation index and EU Eco-Innovation Index in 2014.
Finland has traditions to utilize effectively the latest innovations and processes to solve e.g. energy, water and scarcity of raw materials related problems, and co-operates actively with other countries. This is due to fact that Finland does not have much of natural resources and hence always had to focus on minimizing usage of those. “Problem solving is in our nature” phrase describes well our attitude towards energy and environmental issues.
