He brought the country together to get out of the economic crisis and win the war. After WWII the United States became a Super Power. But, before moving on, all pot holes most be covered and a plan must be established for the future after departure.When the subject of succession came up in the modules, I found it very interesting and important, a lot people leave positions and they don’t plan their exit. I have been in that situation, a department was dumped on my lap. I during the process, I made sure that I prepared the next person in line. This gave me more flexibility and I had someone that I felt comfortable with running the department when I was gone.

I need to become a more active listening. I like to get to the point and sometime I don’t pay attention to the details, that may be importantI have improved in my Time Management skills, but It is a daily challengeI take on a lot of responsibility and sometimes I don’t want to let go of work dues to trust issues.Every now and then I rush to assume what the conclusion may be.
