WHAT TO DO TO BE INSPIRATIONAL ? <ul><li>A) TO BUILD MOMENTUM IN THE FOLLOWERS </li></ul><ul><li>Let them teach you something, anything (Lincon, Gandhi) </li></ul><ul><li>Find followers’ positive strength / support </li></ul><ul><li>Verify the above regularly </li></ul><ul><li>Measure the time from ‘ decision to action’ </li></ul><ul><li>Ask “how did you do that” ? </li></ul><ul><li>Support every act till it reaches steady </li></ul><ul><li>Make the above into process & procedure </li></ul>
  7. 7. <ul><li>B) TO DEVELOP ABOVE MOMENTUM INTO COMMITMENT </li></ul><ul><li>Record commitments made to all stakeholders </li></ul><ul><li>Track the achievement every week </li></ul><ul><li>Make smaller commitments </li></ul><ul><li>Recognize all who met their commitments </li></ul><ul><li>Celebrate the completions </li></ul><ul><li>- Continue </li></ul>
