Associate Director of System Development (09/13 to Present)
Manage the ongoing development and support of the WIC applications for the Multi State Consortium (MSC).

The project consisted of rewriting and enhancing the current WIC MIS PowerBuilder system to a .NET platform
utilizing C#, WPF and Sybase.
• Team leader for the Technical Analysts team responsible for documentation of the eight Central Office (CO)
applications.

ODN was the host organization for the Dalai Lama (HHDL) in Miami, Florida in the fall of 2004. Managed a sizeable
planning team, independent vendor relationships as well as acted as the State Department Liaison. Responsibilities
included:
• Multi-event planning and managing a geographically dispersed implementation team and various vendors for
seven months prior to the 3 day Miami 2004 Dalai Lama visit.
• Managed over 100 volunteers at a single public event with 12,000 attendees and 2 full days of teachings given
by the Dalai Lama. Created an organizational infrastructure for ODN including mailing address, email
addresses, phone service, business cards and stationary.
• Worked directly with ODN’s CEO (H.E. Khempo Yurmed Tinley Rinpoche), the president of ODN, the Office of
Tibet in NYC, the University of Miami, the Florida International University and various marketing, publicity and
advertising groups to successfully host the Dalai Lama in Southern Florida.
• Managed ticket sales & sponsor registration, website development, venue insurance contracts and all aspects
of event funding. Ticket sales exceeded the cost of the event; profits were donated to a number of
