 To discuss death , dying , loss and care
 To reflect on what it means to them and the people around
them
 To take positive action
 To make well informed choices about their end of life care
 To have easier access to services

• Continual consultation with local residents
• A large number of meetings with St Giles & Katherine House
• Agreement in principle to fund the project in June 2014

• HBL Plan endorsed Autumn 2014
• Build commenced Spring 2015
