water to cure colds, coughs, sore throats, and
respiratory disorders. Holy Basil leaves have

effective in case of kidney stones,

infections, dental and eye problems. This herb

restricts bacterial and fungal growth, as

fenugreek plant also have medicinal value.
Intake of fenugreek balances cholesterol
