 One of the largest and most expensive multi-purpose real-
estate development projects in the world.
 Situated in the Havelock Town region of Colombo,Sri
lanka.
 Consist of ten individual towers.
 Construction started at 18th May 2004
 Developed and managed by Mireka Capital Land (pvt) Ltd
 Layards tower consists of 22 storey
