Experience Outline
Over 13 years’ experience of extensive integrity & Inspection and construction for major oil
and gas field including the following:-
 Provide recommendations on choice of repair procedures for piping ,storage tanks
and pressure vessels , selection of materials etc. in accordance with Company’s
and international standard
 Demonstrate effective overall leadership and partnership with all departments
 Assist and participate in the design of new oil plant projects Like well heads design &
water flood system design etc.
 Demonstrate commitment in establishing and maintaining the company procedures
and processes; HSE, Security and Emergency Response etc
 Check & manage periodically audit on site to verify the application of agreed work
plans, during pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup of work activities
 Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, Incident Investigation and Risk Assessments

(MOC) is mandatory for all work activities
 Ensure that investigations and lessons-learned are communicated and followed with
focus on improving WD safety performance
 Inspect plant stationary equipment by entering into vessel, to check condition of
equipment. Includes noting observations on cracks, pits, thinning and any other
patterns of erosion, corrosion and other interior failure. And evaluate the inspection
findings , provide repair procedure to restore the required designed data
 Provide support to the piping and equipment layout design relevant to the assigned
unit or area.
 Review piping general arrangements and piping isometrics relevant to the assigned
unit or area.
 Manage piping isometrics in the reference P&IDs.
 Provide piping material takeoffs and bill of materials documents. Oversee piping and
layout design specifications and construction standards
 To supervise and participates in non-destructive testing of equipment and piping,
including review of preliminary interpretations carried out by subordinates

filed (Khalda Joint venture ) as Senior integrity Inspection engineer .
 From October 2006 up to October 2010 ,I Have been worked for BP EGYPT , at
Western desert filed (GUPCO Joint venture) as an facility inspection and
construction Engineer
 From April 2005 up to October 2006 ,I Have been worked for Quality control
company , at Western desert filed (GUPCO) as QA /QC Engineer
 From July 2004 up to march .2005 I have been worked for Bonatti company ,
located in Libya , as Welding inspector Engineer
 From March 2003 up to June 2004 , I have been work for DSD Ferometalco ,
located in Egypt ,as QA/QC Engineer

 Assist and approve in the design of new projects Like water flood systems & oil
manifolds & new well head design of oil and gas well ,Tie in of new well with existing
facility

Duties and responsibilities as following
 Perform Inspection activities and it’s reporting according to the scope of work. -at all
stages of projects. And make sure that work is in compliance with the standards,
procedures and specifications of the project contract.
 Inspect material & equipment to ensure compliance with standards and project
contracts -Writing periodical inspection reports and initiate (NCRs),
 Witnessing and verification welder’s qualification, welding procedure and Procedure
qualification and approval.
 Supervision during fabrication , welding and erection of API 650 - storage tanks
,Reviewing inspection test plan , specifications and method of statement of piping
