Project Consumer Research in the city of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India
Objective To understand the stimulus factors that would induce a consumer use a competitor product.
Methodology Primary research with randomly picked households.
Sample size 50 respondents
Conclusion  Odour, colour, shine and ease of using the product were key factors.
 73% of the consumers were willing to try out new innovative products.
 Few improvements identified were on improving the longevity of the product, its chemical
substance and odour.
