The study analyzes the radula morphology of Cerithidea obtusa from the Sundarbans using scanning electron microscopy, detailing its structure and functions. The radular formula identified is 2.1.c.1.2, indicative of a taeinoglossate type, with specific characteristics in the arrangement and morphology of its teeth. This work contributes to understanding the species' feeding adaptations and the broader taxonomy of the family Potamididae.
