- 34. ADVANTAGE & DISADVANTAGE Demerits: Liftis not shone from main entry. Lift core is too small. In the time of car parking, one car is stay after another. Lift is not use for market, it’s only use for office. Merits: Market & Office entry is different. Market circulation is well. Escalator is easily definable. Good lighting system. Fire fighting stair is good proportioned.
