Installed a bundled T1 in a remote plant to provide Internet service as well as voice channels
through a CSU/DSU.
Installed DSL as a redundant Internet access point in the event of a T1 failure allowing remote
users to gain access to the Terminal Server and email services.
Managed all cellular accounts on line along with all local and long distance accounts through XO,

Implemented an IT management model to insure smooth IT operations through the following changes and/or
enhancements:
Drafted, proposed and followed annual IT budget covering hardware, software, voice and internet
access, outside vendor support and all related IT fees. Implemented various spending policies for

Installed SMDR tracking tools called Inside Track that captures the SMDR coming out of the
PBX in comma delimited text and allows the data to be manipulated and reports generated
tailored to each application.
Implemented many DID circuits to various customers to allow direct inward dial to the desktop
and reduce unnecessary call handling.

Link which allowed for long distance wireless service on the PBX through full feature digital
