KD 705,500 will be required as borrowed capital (bank).
Timing of the project: full establishment of the greenhouse
within 12-15 months from the approval of funding and permits.

KD 270,000 total annual revenues:
KD 270,000 for tomatoes sales (45 kg/m2 for 6 KD /kg -
average annual price)
KD 135,000 will be the gross profit per year (%50 of the
annual turnover)

basis. Any possible local subsidies may shorten the pay
back period.
