This document discusses potential solutions to the social problem of technology overload. It first defines technology overload as the inability to disconnect from technology and engage with others in a social environment. It then presents the concept of Green Apple, a proposed application and secure network that aims to limit distracting technology use while facilitating learning. Green Apple would block non-approved internet access on users' devices within educational settings. It would also develop personalized learning profiles for users and provide features like video conferencing, audio enhancement, and interactive materials to engage different learning styles and enable real-time student-teacher interaction, with the goal of alleviating technology overload and promoting effective learning.

be a significant social issue in another society.
Social issues are distinguished from economic
issues.
