What is Green Business
A business functioning in a capacity where no
negative impact is made on the local or global
environment, the community, or the economy.
A green business will also engage in forward-
thinking policies for environmental concerns
and policies affecting human rights.

A green consumer can be defined as an
individual who purchases eco-friendly
products (i.e. those that are made, imported
and traded without causing pollution, can be
reused or utilized) and avoids environmentally
harmful consumption (e.g., by saving water
and energy, recycling).

• Reuse old items; donate to the unfortunate, repair
if broken.
