In this paper, three dimensional water and Al2O3 water nano fluid flow and heat transfer is
optimized geometrically using constructal theory. A numerical code based on the finite volume
method and SIMPLER algorithm is developed to solve the governing equations. The code is
carefully validated by comparing numerical predictions with experimental data. In this study we
consider aspect ratio, number of channels in the heat sink and solid fraction factor as degrees of
freedom. Given a specific volume and axial length of the micro channel heat sinks and a fixed
pressure drop, we want to find out the best possible number of channels in the system, and
geometry of each channel that maximizes the global thermal conductance. Furthermore we
investigate the effect of different pressure drops. The results show that the geometric parameters
have a strong effect on the performance of micro channel heat sink. Comparison of the results of
water and Al2O3 water nano fluid indicate that neither Re nor pressure drop along the channel are
good parameters to compare the thermal performance of nano fluid and water.

Ring at King s College, a University in London. As Lewis continues on in his speech, one may be
a little thrown off by what these inner rings are and what exactly they mean to people. Although
Lewis mentions both good and harmful inner rings, one could argue that most people find
themselves so caught up in these inner rings they do not even realize they are trying to be involved
in them for the wrong reasons. Some people strive to have a certain appearance that comes along
with being involved in these inner rings that they tend to forget what really is important to them. ...

is not right for one to feel left out just because they do not have certain traits or don t have the

Obtaining a job in today s society may seem difficult due to the ever increasing population of
college graduates promoting a healthy dose of competition, yet it will come naturally if one has

The decision making process at Southwest Airlines is decentralized whereby the decision making
authority is delegated to lower level managers and employees. This is based on the idea that
managers at the lower level have a better understanding of local factors and conditions hence are
better positioned to make decisions than the senior management. The airline understands the need
for empowering employees and the impact this empowerment has on the company. For instance,
