This document introduces Skore, a language for mapping user journeys through products to create shared understanding among teams with different roles and perspectives. Skore uses rectangles to describe user actions and brackets to describe states between actions, providing context. This common language allows teams to understand the user goal, discuss technical and UI requirements, prioritize needs, and do great work together.
