This presentation reveals why leading organizations are adopting a content methodology, a process to continuously improve the effectiveness of a company’s content across the enterprise.
A content methodology exists when an organization establishes specific, well-defined objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for content marketing, and embraces a culture of constantly learning and iterating through each round of publishing.

Digital has changed customers’ relationship with brands. Content is the key area where this shift is being played out. Rather than having to ‘push’ your message on a customer, content offers the alluring possibility that they will want to ‘pull’ it to them.
For that pull to happen, you need to create the right kind of content: high-quality, engaging, and customer-focused.
The vision is clear, but in reality it seems a long way off. How can brands integrate paid, owned and earned media, overcome legacy marketing systems and organisational structures to win in the digital age?

How Do You Create Content Marketing That Converts?
There’s been a fundamental shift in the way marketers and customers create, consume, and share content. Every day, billions of photos are uploaded, tweets are posted, snapchats are sent, and pieces of content are shared.
As marketers, we need to consider how our customers are consuming content and where, when, and how to engage them.
A content marketing strategy should be designed to engage your audience throughout the buyer’s journey. Producing relevant content for each lifecycle stage and delivering it at the right time and place is crucial to successful content marketing.

Content marketing refers to the process of creating, distributing, sharing, and publishing content through various platforms such as social media, blogs, websites, podcasts, apps, news releases, printed media, and others. The Power and Evolution of Digital Marketing
Digital marketing has emerged as a transformative force in the world of business and advertising, reshaping the way companies connect with their audiences. Its power lies in its ability to leverage the vast digital landscape to engage, inform, and convert consumers. Over the years, digital marketing has evolved significantly, adapting to changing technologies and consumer behaviors.
In the digital age, the reach of marketing campaigns knows no bounds. Through social media platforms, search engines, email marketing, and websites, companies can target specific demographics with precision. Data analytics tools provide invaluable insights, enabling businesses to tailor their strategies and deliver personalized content, thus increasing the chances of conversion. The power of digital marketing is further amplified by its cost-effectiveness compared to traditional marketing methods. It allows even small businesses to compete on a global scale, democratizing the advertising landscape.
The evolution of digital marketing has been characterized by constant innovation. Initially focused on websites and email, it has since expanded to encompass influencer marketing, video advertising, chatbots, and the integration of artificial intelligence. Mobile optimization has become paramount, considering the ubiquity of smartphones. Additionally, the rise of e-commerce has reshaped the customer journey, with digital marketing playing a pivotal role in guiding consumers from awareness to purchase.
As we move forward, the power of digital marketing will continue to grow. Advancements in AI and machine learning will enable even more sophisticated targeting and personalization. Ethical considerations and data privacy will also play an increasingly vital role in shaping digital marketing practices. In this dynamic landscape, businesses that adapt and harness the power of digital marketing will have a competitive edge, ensuring their continued growth and success in the digital era.
This session is about using personalization and automation to give them exactly what they need, when they need It.
If you want to meet someone and build a relationship, you need to provide consistent value to that person over time. When it comes to content, the exact same thing applies to a business, but here is the kicker: very few companies actually do this right. Imagine if you tried to pitch someone your products at a cocktail party or asked someone to marry you on the third date. It wouldn’t work, right? And you wouldn’t even try it. But this is what so many companies do every single day.
The answer? You need to nurture it! By personalizing the experience, providing content that they actually want and then using the magic and ease of automation, you can completely change the way you connect with both prospects and customers… and the way they connect with you.
As the Founder of a content marketing software company, Jon Wuebben, has first hand knowledge of what it takes to nurture with content. In fact, the biggest surprise he had during the product’s beta process was finding out just how much content…and what types of content…were necessary in order to get someone to sign up and ultimately buy. If you want to learn how to do the same exact thing for your business, this is for you.

Improving Workplace Safety Performance in Malaysian SMEs: The Role of Safety ...AJHSSR Journal
ABSTRACT: In the Malaysian context, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) experience a significant
burden of workplace accidents. A consensus among scholars attributes a substantial portion of these incidents to
human factors, particularly unsafe behaviors. This study, conducted in Malaysia's northern region, specifically
targeted Safety and Health/Human Resource professionals within the manufacturing sector of SMEs. We
gathered a robust dataset comprising 107 responses through a meticulously designed self-administered
questionnaire. Employing advanced partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) techniques
with SmartPLS 3.2.9, we rigorously analyzed the data to scrutinize the intricate relationship between safety
behavior and safety performance. The research findings unequivocally underscore the palpable and
consequential impact of safety behavior variables, namely safety compliance and safety participation, on
improving safety performance indicators such as accidents, injuries, and property damages. These results
strongly validate research hypotheses. Consequently, this study highlights the pivotal significance of cultivating
safety behavior among employees, particularly in resource-constrained SME settings, as an essential step toward
enhancing workplace safety performance.

On 1 April of last year, Virgin Atlantic pulled a lighthearted prank that resulted in some serious payoff. Richard Branson, founder of the Virgin empire, released an announcement on the company website stating that the airline would be launching a domestic route with a special new feature: a glass-bottom through which passengers could enjoy the British hills and Scottish highlands. At last month’s Wearable Technology Show in London, VA’s IT Innovation and Development Manager Tim Graham reported that the campaign was a success, with very positive customer feedback and plans to further expand trial research and development. The airline is the first in its industry to test Google Glass in these ways, exemplifying its commitment to innovation as well as customer service, while drawing a great deal of attention due to the cutting-edge gadget.
