 power: unmerited favor, undeserved appreciation, unconditional acceptance
         will: the influence or spirit to strengthen, glorify, elevate, exalt
            competence: moral strength: the grace to perform a duty

Moving based on performance evaluation, leadership review, fear of consequences, cost of penalty, risk of punishment, avoidance of warning or escaping feedback.

What GraceLeader Is Basing thoughts in consciousness of what ever is true, noble, reputable, authentic, compelling, gracious—the best, not the worst; the beautiful, not the ugly, excellent and praiseworthy—all victorious-based mentality in work process and decision making. Letting one be overwhelmed and lead by hopeful emotions. Controlled by grace that strengthens and favors. Considering inner-strength produced by graceconscious thoughts as something to pass on to others so that organization will be filled with people who are mentally hopeful, expectant, optimistic, positive, promising, encouraged, buoy ant and bring organization into wildly successful and profitable business. Moving based on deeply gratitude for being unconditionally accepted, undeservedly appreciated and unmeritedly favored.
  • 13. Bearing consequences in mind limits your thoughts, feelings and actions. Move on, let yourself fail, then be strengthened by being encountered with the stream. The stream is called: grace.
