This document outlines a proposed training for government officials in St. Kitts and Nevis on gender equality. It begins with objectives to provide an overview of women's reality in the public sector and propose strategies and tools to promote gender sensitivity and equality. It then gives an overview of the country and public sector workforce demographics. Current practices related to gender equality are examined, along with recommendations for a baseline study, articulating a vision, and implementing regular training on topics like communication styles and emotional intelligence to foster a more gender-sensitive culture. The presentation was prepared by Euphemia Brice Roberts to promote gender equality policies.
