Google has a major share of the worldwide search engine and electronic goods markets. According to a country-wise analysis, China saw the largest growth in Google users from 2000-2007 at 620%, while India saw 740% growth. Google's leadership includes Eric Schmidt, Larry Page and Sergey Brin. The company culture focuses on putting users first, democracy on the web, and that great isn't good enough. Google faces competition from Microsoft and Yahoo but maintains strengths in search speed, accuracy and ease of use through technologies like PageRank. The document recommends Google continue innovating to maintain dominance and focus on growing markets in BRIC countries.
