My current role is a customer facing position requiring me to physically be at work and available
to the customer between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. in order to answer questions, process requests, and
solve any issues that may arrive with shipments or the product. My position is highly
concentrated in email correspondence; other positions within my department are primarily phone
based. These types of correspondences require people in the department to be accessible to
answer the phones or emails and also to provide information from or enter information into SAP.

Since we have established the working model for starvation based modulation we wanted to
confirm it using molecular techniques. Firstly, we wanted to check the levels of relative gene
expression of a few important genes between starved and non starved larvae. We performed qRT

cold. The privacy I had was very little. The shower and toilet was located in the corner of
the cell but they were not isolated enough to where the other inmates could not see me.

This study examined the influence of the language of vocabulary instruction in English compared
to instruction in both English and Spanish in Spanish speaking pre schoolers. This article questions
whether or not dual language learners (DDLs) in pre school will acquire superior gains in English
and Spanish receptive vocabulary after receiving a culturally and linguistically responsive (CLR)
instructional modality in both English and Spanish, compared to an English culturally responsive
(ECR) modality. The study also examines whether English and Spanish receptive vocabulary gains
will remain 3 weeks post treatment of the CLR instructional modality in comparison to the ECR
modality (Mendez, Crais, Castro, Kainz, 2015).
Forty two preschoolers whom had a primary language of Spanish and secondary language of
English were recruited for this study. The participants included sixteen boys and twenty six girls,
