planning from AVIVA to Manulife insurance .The Project deals with different insurance products
available for varied customers based on their age and income for new customers. QQ interface is
present which pull the data from Manulife Insurance system.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Interface with clients and gains understanding of requirements/processes
through meetings and discussions
• Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes
and recommendations related to proposed solution and Cost estimation

DBS have implemented Microsoft CRM from Siebel CRM to extend their
Sales,Campaign,Customer,Service request and reports .The Product is implemented
using Vendor based Model.
This is a migration project and is done in cycles of each upload of 50000 customers
and is completed in 7 months of time .
Responsibilities:
• Understanding impact of data migration to various Subsystems and downstream
systems
• Coordinating with different stakeholders to understand & manage expectations
• Preparing Test plan and Test Approach for SIT, UAT & Enhancements in CRM
• Coordinating UAT execution with different business stakeholders like Operations
• Managing team expectation and performance during aggressive timelines
