Job Title: Facilities Management Coordinators
Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for day-to-day engineering and planning activities related to facilities in
accordance with contract specifications & quality.
2. coordinating & assisting Supervisors for carrying out periodic site / maintenance work
progress
3. Perform in daily inspections & maintenance on equipment.
4. Execute and follow the maintenance plan and effective maintenance standards.
5. Responsible to follow up purchase orders related to the job and monitor spare parts
requirements.
6. Plan and supervise the overall activities of each technician.
7. Train technicians on scientific trouble shooting and ensure they are trained on required
technical skills.
8. Work to minimize losses types (breakdowns, minor stops, extract losses, etc.)
9. Provide technical input and review of Standard Operating Procedures.
10. Measure actual costs / returns against projected results of analysis / recommendations
and report outcomes.
11. Identify potentially hazardous conditions and design operation that will protect
