Following my academic career at Grambling State University in which I received a Bachelors of Science in Electronics Engineering, I obtained employment with AT&T as a Premise Technician and then Trane as a Controls Technician. It was in these positions that my time management, problem solving, customer service and communication skills were tested more than ever. Experiencing a new level of independence, and responsibility, I enjoyed every moment of it because of all the habits I've gained and knowledge I am able to take from those jobs with me all the days of my life.
