 Working as Team Lead (from Nov’11 till date) for managing the network changes on MSC’s
and trouble ticket resolution of Sprint (USA) and mentoring a team for providing error free
services.
 Successfully transitioned the process from Ericsson US and did knowledge transfer to
Global service center India.
