Job Description :
 Operating & maintaining the IN, Voucher System, Prepaid reporting system and
announcement platforms - Ericsson Charging System CS 5.0 (CRS, NGCRS, VS,
AIR, IVR, CADE, Mediation zone, Etopup& EMM).
Responsibilities:
 Apply the work orders on the IN charging servers such as AIR,
Voucher,CRS,IVR,CADE,ECE,webcc,EMM,).
 Provide support for site interventions (6th of October, sawwah and obour) to apply a
new upgrades or extensions.
 Communicate with commercial team in order to secure the new offers and tariffs
preparations.
 Perform duty activities and planned actions during low traffic (night actions).
 Update the databases for incidents management and service architecture.
 Troubleshoot the problems and customer complaints in order to solve them.
 Automate manual preventive checks to have automation controlled work instructions.
 Perform regular health check to generate performance reports about system.
 Control and enhance the system performance and quality.
 Accept and validate the new features scenarios, promotion, new charging offers and
software upgrades.
 Support IN platforms to apply the best problems solutions to avoid any impact on the
customers.
 Develop solutions instead for cost saving approach and to accelerate the new
projects delivery.

 Provide server statistic reports to the commercial department that help them to take
strategic decision towards offers and promotions.
 Perform the needed reporting and data extraction tasks for major and critical

 Analyze the QOS regular performance reports generated from the network to provide

 Ensure that the project design is meeting the operational KPIs.

 Administrating Next Generation Charging Reporting Server (60+ Hadoop Nodes)
MapR Distribution.
 Hadoop Streaming across the Cluster for automating various tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities:
 Responsible for maintaining technology performance through controlling and
validating all production actions done. 
 Transfer the problems to the responsible team, escalate the problems when needed
and log the incidents in daily report with reference to the global supervision process. 
 Supervise the technology services 24 hours per day and 7 days per week through shifts. 
 Log and record all different kind of daily received alarms all over the technology equipment 
“Major, critical cases in the daily incident report” and other alarms in the log book file.
 Validate and follow up all actions done by internal “mobinil&ericsson teams” or
external “supplier /subcontractors”. 
 Assure with all involved teams when requested to add any new technology elements
after the phase of deployment. 
 Fulfill special assignment from other domain or entities like technology operations. 
 Control and securing all mobinil sites through following up all network intervention
(inform security dept. To follow up illegal intervention cases) 
 Perform on site support for all interventions done by different teams “internal /external”. 
 Follow up creation of tt for all major/critical cases. 
 Enrich the contents of the created trouble tickets with the available details which
"major /critical cases" act as source of the main network performance indicators.

the business impacting alarms that lead (or might) lead to an outage 
