· Troubleshooting all Clariion related issue. 
· Take ownership of the ticket and resolve the issue for the customers. This 
includes fixing Data Loss/ Data Unavailability situations for the customers 
· Assist Field Engineers/ customers with issues they face while working on the 
CLARiiON

software packages, up gradation/ installation.

Designation: EMC Storage Support Engineer (EMC Clariion Storage). 
Duration: Working with Wipro Technologies through Radiant Systems from (April 19 
2012 to May 15 2013) 
Job Profile: 
· Troubleshooting all Clariion related issue. 
· Take ownership of the ticket and resolve the issue for the customers. 
· Collaborate with other technology groups (like the host support and network 
support) if Necessary to resolve the customer’s issues and also Analyzing the 
performance of the Clariion by gathering the performance files like Nar, SP 
Collects and Dumps. 
· Proactively alert the customer and manager of potential problems based upon 
strong working knowledge of software and hardware compatibility within the 
customer's environment

· Gathering the Reports for maximum dispatches/hardware failures occurring on 
EMC Clariion Boxes.

Duration: Working with Accenture through Magna Infotech from (December 8 2011

· Attending the calls and assigning the requests in remedy tool.

· Co ordinating unresolved issues with L2 team and escalating it to them.

effective and user friendly interface for the user. The graphical user interface created 
using visual basic makes the system more attractive with total password security given
to the system. Project is used for the use of stores and purchase department of the 
industry.
