A two-day workshop was held in Vietnam between Japanese and Vietnamese students to discuss how information technology impacts daily life. The goals were to compare IT usage between the two cultures and develop proposals for a new NEC Vietnam project. The schedule involved presentations from each country's students on the first day, group discussions to form proposals, and final presentations on the second day. The workshop successfully provided an opportunity for cultural understanding and building an international network between the students.
