Ms. Collins is a Partner and Managing Director of CHRO Services in North America for TPI. She provides clients with 
support throughout the HR sourcing lifecycle by offering strategy and expert advisory services in service delivery and 
sourcing strategic assessment, service provider selection, implementation and ongoing service provider 
management. Rosemary expertise crosses all HR domains including workforce administration, payroll, benefits, 
recruiting & staffing, talent management, etc.
Rosemary is among the most experienced advisors in the HR sourcing industry, having participated in more than 100 
client assignments for more than 40 organizations. She managed several of the most complex HR multifunction 
outsourcing engagements that were implemented in the industry, including working directly with the service provider 
community to develop unique global solutions for several clients. She is able to combine her deep HR technology 
expertise with 15 years of HR management experience and nearly 10 years in the HR sourcing industry to help clients 
develop uniquely effective HR sourcing strategies.

Cathy Brill is responsible for the Global Strategy, Policy and Compliance aspects of Hiring and Training and the Global 
Standards and Systems that support the overall HR function.  Cathy has been part of Kodak for over 25 years and has 
held a number of management positions during that time. She started her career with Kodak as an engineer in the 
Copy Products division. Over the course of 15 years with that division, she held positions of increasing management 
responsibility within the product development and manufacturing organizations. Seeking a significant career change, 
she pursued an opportunity within Human Resources as Diversity Director for Kodak’s largest manufacturing site and 
later was named HR Strategy Director within Global Manufacturing and Logistics. Subsequent to that, Cathy was a 
Division Director for units responsible for Operations, Productivity, Quality and Customer Satisfaction. She moved into 
her current role in Human Resources in January 2006. She assumed the Operational Excellence role in 2009 as an 
outgrowth of her leadership role in the HR Transformation.

Danna determines staffing strategies, priorities, and success indicators, based on business objectives and collaborative 
relationships with business and human resources leaders. Dana has consolidated and reorganized staffing resources to 
leverage cost and process efficiencies through the creation of national Centers of Excellence in the following key areas: 
Risk Control, Candidate Acquisition, Systems & Analysis, Vendor Management, Assessments, and Project Management.
Under Danna’s leadership Citi has reduced sourcing expenditures from $25 million to $10 million in two years through 
innovative solutions. Under her direction, her team is responsible for the recruitment of a half million candidates to fill 
approximately 23,000 positions annually. Her efforts also resulted in Citi being named an ERE finalist for Best Sourcing 
and Staffing Innovation in 2006 for successful implementation and ROI realization of Internet micro‐sites (passive 
candidate relationship portal) and bilingual sourcing strategies.

Mark Brooker is an HR and staffing professional who has 13 years’ experience working across a diverse range of roles 
and organizations within the recruitment industry.  He’s responsible for Microsoft’s staffing capability across all its 
businesses for all countries outside of the US. Mark provides staffing programs and expertise to Microsoft’s talent 
acquisition teams in the field and is a member of Microsoft’s International Staffing Leadership Team . His main 
responsibility since being in this role has been leading a global project to redesign Microsoft’s staffing operating 
model. Mark has been with Microsoft for close to 4 years and previously worked as the EMEA Staffing Manager for 
Microsoft’s Consumer and On‐line business.

David Mason has over 12 year experience in international talent acquisition and management. He joined CH2M Hill 15 
months ago to set up a leading talent acquisition function outside of North America. In particular he is focusing on 
direct sourcing candidates to ensure CH2M Hill has quality staff to meet their current and future needs. 
David has been working in the talent acquisition, management and workforce planning fields for over 12 years, holding 
a number of both in‐house and consultancy roles. Previous major role as the Group Head of Resourcing for AXA’s UK 
and Ireland operations. He was responsible for both temporary and permanent recruitment covering activity from 
board to customer service level. Additional in‐house roles have included working at BG (Gas), EDS (IT Outsourcing) and 
the Army. His early career was spent in the Army and highlights included the 1st Gulf War, Jungle Warfare Instructor 
and leading the “Flying Gunners” – Royal Artillery Motorcycle Display Team.
