• Our corporate ethos is derived from an approach known as
Appreciative Inquiry (AI). Appreciative inquiry is a philosophy built
around the concept that building on what works is more effective in
achieving desired results than dwelling on what is not working which
is the traditional approach. Focusing on the positive is the modern
and innovative approach to discovering the best in people and their

• Phase One: What is? - First, we seek to understand the situation
beyond the surface issues
• Phase Two: What could be - Then we work with the client to
determine the desired outcome.
• Phase Three: What is the Action Plan? - Then we work with the
client to design a road map to the desired state
• Phase Four: Action! - The client actually starts to do
• Phase Five: Review & Wrap Up - We review progress and the
cycle starts until client is satisfied.
