Global People Solutions is a Sutherland-based recruitment firm that aims to become a global player in the UK oil and gas industry. The company was launched in 2009 and has already expanded internationally while also working with schools to promote energy sector careers. He hopes to boost the local economy in Skerray by locating the business there and opening satellite offices elsewhere in the Highlands.
