In the Fall of 2020, the Democracy at Work Institute began to intentionally evolve our work, increasing urgency and strategic focus to meet the needs of workers locked out of good jobs and ownership opportunities. Ownership Now for Equitable Recovery inserts worker ownership into the economic recovery strategies of communities across the U.S. while employing leading-edge strategies to solve the most pressing obstacles facing the expansion of worker ownership.
