Fellows create a working model; develop a sound social business model and test it through prototyping. 3. Fellows gain the tools to plan and manage operations and finances, and fundraising.

Seven modules Coaching & Deliverables Clusters Mentorship Case-Studies Workshops Launch Night 1 2 & 3 4 5 6 7 Deliverables  teaches Fellows to practice business elements taught in workshops ;  Coaches  help them along.  Clusters  bring Fellows together to workshop shared challenges. Mentors  provide guidance, feedback and professional opinion. Case Studies  introduce fellows to lived experience of successful entrepreneurs. Workshops  taught by PresenTense ensure transfer of core skills and tools. Launch Night  teaches networking skills and exposes the venture to the public.

Specially developed by PresenTense to provide business and technological tools and strategies. Each workshop focuses on tools for Inspiration, Ideation and Implementation  Coincides with the six deliverables Taught by certified trainers Workshops take place  once a week Provide Fellows structure for their deliverables and on-going work Focus in: Workshops
Homework assignments for Fellows, given at the beginning of each topic (approximately  once a week ).  Topics: Vision Environmental Scan Business Model Prototyping and Assessment Operations and Finance Executive Summary Base of the business plan A basis for work with the Fellow’s coach. Focus in: Deliverables
Meet with fellows  once a week Provide feedback and idea support  Peers with business and/or extensive nonprofit background Part team member, part market tester Fellow must send deliverables on-time and prepare questions to explore Focus in: Coaching
Groups of Fellows who meet  once a week  to workshop challenges and practice pitches Fellows present challenges, peers listen and give advice Focus in: Clusters
Have extensive business or nonprofit experience. Provide personal feedback and guidance to Fellows, or professional advice and direction as Subject-Matter Experts (SMEs)  Personal mentors speak or meet with Fellows  twice over the summer SMEs hold office hours to provide feedback and guidance. Focus In: Mentorship
Case Studies  are sessions with local successful entrepreneurs who share their stories Case Study sessions are available to fellows  at most twice a week .  Focus in: Case Studies
The Ultimate Pitch Slam Launch Night  brings together top members of the community – potential partners, participants and investors Fellows pitch their projects and display the work they have developed during the five month Fellowship Positioned to bring Ventures to Market Focus in: Launch Night
