                              Social Benefit

In a globalized, interconnected and competitive world; the way that
environmental, social and corporate governance issues are
managed is part of a company’s overall leadership needed to
compete successfully. Companies that perform better with regard
to these issues can increase shareholder value by properly
managing risk, anticipating regulatory action and accessing new
markets while at the same time contributing to the sustainable
development of societies in which they operate. These issues can
have a strong impact on reputation and brands, an increasingly
    important part of company value.

Case Study:
City of Los Angeles looking to implement and deploy a green
business certification program
Background: City submitted an RFP that was
won by LACCD to be the administrator of
this pilot program with a limited budget and
scope.

Issue: LACCD needed additional expertise in
green business, sustainability metrics, and
overall program management. Every
aspect of the program needed to be
developed to program could be self-
maintaining within 1 year.

AJC: Created a project plan to manage the
implementation and deployment of
program for 12 months. Refined brand
identity. Assembled certification checklist for
3 industries. Gathered businesses and public
agencies to commit to participation in
program.

Result: City of Los Angeles signed an MOU
committing almost $1M and 3 years to this
program. @amitjain310

Issue: The filmmakers and distributors did not

                                     corporate clients.

AJC: Worked with distributors to realize
                                     revenue potentials in education, training,
                                     and consulting with film components.
