4. act.in.UA – national educational
project of AIESEC in Ukraine for
student and recent graduates based
on “learning by doing” concept and
international experience, which is
aimed to get and implement project
management skills.
5. Main task – to activate young generation of
Ukrainian leaders and give all needed knowledge
and skills to make visible impact into society.
Project vision: to develop generation of
young active skillful leaders.

15th-20th of October – interns arrival
20th-22nd of October – INTERNational Trainers Camp
23rd-28th of October - preparation of interns, work flow
creation
29th of October – Project Official Opening
31rd of October – 4th of December – project education

4th of December – 11th of December – realization of
events/projects of participants
11th of December – Official closing of the project
9. Job/Task description 1: The project is based on
“learning by doing” concept, sharing and
adaptation of international experience
in project management.
Main task is to coach and facilitate own
project team, manage project preparation and
realization of small projects within
“act.in.UA” project;
10. Job/Task description 2: To prepare and run
trainings, working groups, brainstorming about:
team management, project planning, selling
and communication in projects, logistic, project
realization;
11. Job/Task description 3: Implement additional
instruments for project team management, team
building, creating learning networks,
project realization;
12. Job/Task description 4: Support own team in
practical realization of gained knowledge,
planning, selling, promoting and organizing chosen
project;

through presenting national traditions, food,
history, clothes in order to show the
variety of world's cultures and to share
the idea of cultural, religious tolerance;
14. Job/Task description 6: Take part in LC activities,
integration events, be involved into LC work -
facilitation, education, PBoX preparation,
recruitment, OGX activities, others.
15. Measures of Success: Quality realization of
small projects within “act.in.UA”, managed
by interns; about 20 seminars held;
country presentation held, active
involvement in LC life and work;
16. Key learning point: Intern will get experience in project management,
team management, facilitation, training preparation. Intern will
increase his knowledge in entrepreneurship and soft-skills. Intern will
be ready to run his own project starting from generating an idea to
practical realization. Interns will get to know AIESEC Ukraine and will
take part in LC work and life.
Preparation needed: Interns should have knowledge and experience in
project management, prepare several practical sessions for topics
mentioned above, be ready to continue preparation of sessions on
internship and so deliver quality practical trainings. Intern should be
ready to implement additional tools and instruments to manage own
project team. Intern must bring own laptop in order to be able to
develop presentations.
