● Discussed about the Initiative in GBM in early 2018 to seek concurrence from community to pursue this project.
● Formed a core group in Mid 2018 to start looking into the requirements for a Solar Plant
● Had discussions with multiple residential communities pursuing Renewable Solar energy, vendors catering to Solar eco
system, Experts, Consultants, Auditors, etc in later half of 2018.
● Visited multiple Residential Communities and Institutions that have setup Renewable Solar Energy ecosystem.
● Visited Solar Panel plant to understand the process for manufacturing Solar Panels, Support being provided to the
different vendors/Integrators and Quality processes being practiced.
● Submitted report to the Community on the different types of systems available, advantages & Dis-advantages of each
model.
● Conducted multiple face-to-face meetings to clarify doubts from members of the community.
● Conducted a Special GBM in early 2019 to seek approval from the members on the cost of the Project, Funding model to
adopted, sharing of benefits, etc.

at various Communities/Institutions.
● Appointed a third party consultant, from an academic
background, to help review the technical feasibilities of each
quote.
● Formed an In-house core team to review the quotations, legality
of terms & conditions, support maintenance, etc.
● Reviewed the financial details with Society’s Auditors for sanctity
from an audit perspective.
● Identified the total capacity that can be installed vis-à-vis
contracted load with Discom.
● Conducted a thorough Shadow zone analysis.
● Reviewed design of elevated structures and over-all design of
the system.
● Reviewed status of the project at regular intervals.

● Captured information on solar power generation on a daily basis
to ensure we are able to generate appropriately.
