• Classroom dynamics: be definite. Shall they sit down on the floor or stand up? Do not start
an activity if they are not ready. Ok!
• One boy was crying. How did you react? During my observations, that boy cried a lot
because he wanted to go with his father. When I started with my lessons, I tried to sit next
to me, or made that could participate with his partners in the different activities, but he
went with the head teacher.
• When you sat down with them on the floor, they followed you better. 
• You worked with some students, who were really engaged in the activity.
• Don´t be afraid of being firm as regards how to control discipline. If you want (all) students
to learn, they should be in a quiet atmosphere to be able to pay attention. You’re right! I’ll
do the next time!

Shall they sit down on the floor or stand up? Do not start an activity if they are not ready. Ok! • One boy was crying. How did you react? During my observations, that boy cried a lot because he wanted to go with his father. When I started with my lessons, I tried to sit next to me, or made that could participate with his partners in the different activities, but he went with the head teacher. • When you sat down with them on the floor, they followed you better.  • You worked with some students, who were really engaged in the activity. • Don´t be afraid of being firm as regards how to control discipline. If you want (all) students to learn, they should be in a quiet atmosphere to be able to pay attention. You’re right!
