Position held: Sales & Logistics Administrator
 Team member for SAP implementation in the Limerick office. This entailed a month’s training
in Scotland
 Master data maintenance. New products to be updated on system
 Maintain weekly forecast/requirement report.
 Place purchase orders with factory.
 Customer enquiries.
 Sales order entry/invoicing. EDI orders from IBM ,and Gateway and Sony
 Repair order entry/invoicing. We had two technicians in the office that repaired power bars
and we sold on at a lower cost to Dell
 Liaise with factory on deliveries and lead-times.
 Update Customers on their purchase orders.
 Expedite shipments with freight forwarders.
 Liaise with hub warehouse personnel on stock receipt/issues. IEC held all of our stock in their
warehouse and had to make sure that all the inventory were in the correct locations and stock
controls were accurate
 Train new personnel.
 General office admin. Ordering supplies for office and keeping the office running smoothly.

Position held: Distribution Clerk/Personal Assistant
 Planned and maintained required stock levels in the Limerick Depot.
 Liaised with breweries and sales offices on a daily basis regarding requirements.

 Controlled routes for delivery crews of approx. 10 trucks.
 Scheduled truck maintenance and dealt with insurance issues.
 Organized relief crews for holidays/illness.
 Dealt with customer/public complaints.

In September 1998 Guinness keg distribution for the Munster Area was contracted out to Irish Rail. I
worked in Irish Rail on behalf of the Guinness Group for 9 months to ensure the smooth transfer of
work.
