• Satisfied control over 4 Supervisors & 10 Casuals during shift as a Store in charge for the shop

• Implements FIFO, FSN, ABC, Traceability, Preservation and material stacking techniques for better store
functioning. Manage obsolete components as per ERN.
• Follow-up with the vendors for timely delivery of material, receiving the material as per company’s policies&
Standard.
• Control over rejection, re-working, scrapped and raw materials.
• Daily morning meeting & Shortage report to higher management sorted with Opening Stocks, Value, Supplier,
Buyer, Receipt, and Coverage.
• Follow the Maximum & Minimum inventory level as per control plan.
