Job Responsibilities
 Preparing costing sheets for the upcoming shipments which are under transit and arrived to the
warehouse.
 Follow-up with brand managers to collect the RRP for new shipments on the costing sheet and
to upload the same in the system, to create SED and barcodes.
 Monitors and evaluates model, season, brand and family for all the new shipments before
uploading the data.
 Records and maintains files for all the new shipments that are received in the warehouse.
 Providing SED confirmation report to the brand team and accounts for requesting CN from the
shipper.
 Check incoming emails and faxes and reply & act accordingly.
 Monitor and collaborate with warehouse supervisor to check the items that are being returned
from retail stores before receiving the same in the system, and providing SED details to
conserved store.

Productivity, Quality and Safety
 In collaboration with the MIS & Brand manager, ensures that item details uploaded in ICG for
new shipments are correct and accurate before printing the barcode and SED.
 Organizes the preparation, purchase order and GRN for new shipments with focus on accuracy,
efficiency and time management.
 Manages the flow of Import shipments costing sheets by coordinating and monitoring Import
shipment status report via systemic channels
Teamwork and Collaboration
 Coordinates with Logistics & Warehouse team to address questions, problems or requests for
service and deliveries.
 Contributes to a positive, team orientated and inclusive work environment
Customer Service and Communication
 Effectively communicates on a regular, ongoing basis with the warehouse, logistics & retail
team regarding price change, item request and modifications in the system..
 Works cooperatively with the Logistics & Warehouse Managers to ensure pending tasks are
completed without any delays.
 Always addresses challenges with order flow, shipping delays, quality-control issues such as
damaged or improperly packed goods, day-to-day concerns with warehouse capacity and client
deadlines in the most efficient and quality orientated manner.
 Displays exceptional levels of professionalism at all times with face-to-face, telephone and
email interactions with retail & distribution team members.
Accountabilities and Performance Measures
 Shortage, excesses or damage details should be notified to the Brand Team and Accounts to
request Credit Note from the supplier.
 Item upload master file should be reviewed and evaluated with concerned parties before
uploading the data in the system.
 All local purchases should have proper approvals and to be verified with the Accounts before
processing the data in the system.
 Completion of all relevant documentation including Costing sheet, SED.
 Completion of transfer receiving logs from different locations on a daily basis.
 Efficient rectification of problems such as damages, shortages and non-conformance to
specifications.
 Time Management
 Accountable for inventory to both company owned locations and external customers.
