Knowledge maturing - Learning Layers Theory CampAndreas Schmidt
The knowledge maturing model is an analytical model that describes collective knowledge development phenomena by classifying them into characteristic phases and patterns. It aims to derive both technical and non-technical interventions by analyzing the activities and characteristics within each phase of knowledge maturation. The model holds that the development of knowledge artifacts does not always align with the true maturity of the knowledge, and this misalignment can sometimes need to be addressed.

Centres and guidelines for setting up relationships between schools and busin...Centres-EU
The CENTRES project has been funded by the European Commission to promote creative entrepreneurship education in schools. These guidelines provide recommendations for partnerships between schools and businesses based on pilot programs connecting students to entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurship education is becoming increasingly important for skills development as the employment landscape changes. However, schools currently do not provide entrepreneurship curricula or training. Partnerships can help schools develop these areas by drawing on business expertise while also benefiting businesses and teachers. The guidelines stress starting with learner needs, clear communication, ongoing evaluation, and recognizing successes.
The project aimed to develop key competencies for innovation and entrepreneurship in primary school pupils. Educational tools and a model were created to improve pupils' creativity, risk-taking, and ability to implement new ideas and manage projects. Over 15,000 pupils and 1,000 teachers from 100 schools participated. Teachers received training and materials on entrepreneurship education. The project resulted in educational materials for teachers and documented examples of good practices.
The Theory of Change Framework and its Application in the Field of L&DHristian Daskalov
The author looks into the theory of change as a method for exploring the effects from the application of technology innovations in the field of career counseling. The application of innovative blockchain technologies is critically looked at. In 2015, Philipp Schmidt, the director of learning innovation at the MIT Media Lab, begins issuing internal, non-academic digital blockchain-based certificates to his team. Schmidt had realized that, despite the rise of decentralized, informal online learning opportunities, there was no digital way to track and manage these accomplishments. He says he became interested in finding a "more modular credentialing environment, where you would get some kind of recognition for lots of things you did throughout your life". 4 years later, Hristian Daskalov looks into a method for assessment of the actual effect of such and other innovations in the world of education and professional development by discussing the experience of MIT and OS.University (among others) as early adopters of DLT (distributed ledger technologies).
The proposal outlines a pilot project to help students transition to the labor market through career mentoring. It will directly engage 20 students from 10 schools and train 10 teachers from those schools as career mentors. Through dissemination, it aims to reach 20 more schools, 600 additional teachers, and 3,500 career mentors. A key part of the project is developing an e-learning program to train additional career mentors to provide students with guidance on career and employability issues.
