This document summarizes the key features and functions of the GDPMD website user interface. It describes how to connect to the site, log in and out, view and manage files and folders, reset passwords, add new files, create folders, retrieve files from URLs, rename, copy, move, delete and view file details. Screenshots are provided to illustrate the different views and menu options.

3. 1. Connecting gdpmdm web site. Type http://gdpmdm.dyndns-work.com/ Web-server at browser address bar and then the first page of the GDPMDM will appear as shown in figure.

5. 2. Logging in. Click anywhere on the roadmap image. When you see the Login message box, type Username and Password. Press Log In button.

6. After logging in, you will see the list of folder(s) and/or file(s) name , folder or file type and file size under Name, Type and Size column respectively. You can click on the folder name to see subfolder(s) and/or file(s). Folders Files Add Files or Folders Refresh button Root Folders Up one level User Name Search box

7. 3. Changing the view of the folders and files. There are altogether three style to view the folders and files. You will see the list style view of folders and files after logging in the web site. You can change the view style by click on the List/Small Icons/Large Icons at the right side of the tools bar. List Small Icons Large Icons

8. The following figure shows the list of folders and files in list view after clicking on the List Icon. The following figure shows the folders and files in small icon view after clicking on the Small Icons.

10. 4. Resetting password. Go to login page and click on Forgot password. Type your email address in the To reset your password, enter your email address text box. Click the Reset button. Then your new password will be send to your email.

11. 5. Adding new file(s). 1. Click on the + sign and select Add files command. 2. Click Browse button to select files(s) to be uploaded. 3. Click on Upload button as shown in figure. Note : Maximum uploaded file size is 20MB and maximum size of all files is 8 MB.

12. 6. Creating new folder. 1. Click on the + sign and select Add folders command. 2. Type folder name in Folder name text box and click Create button as shown in figure.

13. 7. Retrieving file(s) from URL. 2. Type the URL at Enter the URL to retrieve the file from text box and click OK button as shown in figure. Click on the + sign and select Retrieve from URL command.

14. 8. Renaming/Copying/Moving and Deleting file/folder. Click on the icon of the file/folder name. Click on the Actions button and then Click Rename command. The following figure shows the commands after clicking on Action button of the file. Note : Confirmation will be asked before deleting file/folder and make sure to choose the correct file/folder to delete. It cannot be recovery after deleting.

15. 9. Checking last modified/changed and accessed file. 10. Viewing/Saving/Editing/Exporting/Printing file. Click on the required file name. Click on Details button then you will see the last modified/ changed and accessed date and time. Click on the required file name. Click on view button.

16. 2. Then you will see the file from the current window . If you want to see the file with new window, press Open in New Window button. Click on Save/Edit/Export or Print tab to save/edit/export or print file. Click on Close button to close the file.

17. 11. Changing the user password. 1. Click on the down arrow headed button beside the username as shown in Figure 1. After clicking on the Change password command ,the Change password dialogue box will appear as shown in Figure 2. Type the current password under the Current password text box, type new password under New password text box and type again new password under Confirm new password text box. 18. 12. Logging out. Click on down arrow headed button beside the user name. Click Logout command.
